Another pitstop on my mini Swiss getaway last summer was the fortress town of Murten. It’s a very cute spot located in the German speaking part of Switzerland which we stopped off at on the way back from Bern. My friends gave me a whirlwind tour with a stop for macarons and a view from the fortress tower. As with Aarberg, judge for yourself the cuteness on offer!
