Another way to thumb your nose up at the bitter winter winds is to try layering with cardigans. It’s basically piling one layer of heat on another and trust me, even if the cardis you use are not very thick material, it works! I picked up two cardigans from Vero Moda in the January sale and when I put them together on top of a turtleneck and a denim shirt, I felt like I was walking around under a blanket. Bliss! Winter, you will not get the best of me! 
Meanwhile, I think I am going to start getting into the café culture here in Aarhus. There are so many cute little spots and they are just waiting, begging even to be discovered. There was one that I had had my eye on for a while – it’s right opposite my bus stop but the opening hours…need some work. This weekend was as good as any to check it out and it did not disappoint. The best Chai latté in Aarhus…well that I’ve tried to date. And the setting is cute as heck, so cosy and perfectly Instagrammable. I think Klubhæftets Kaffebar will be my regular Chai latté spot from now on.
