Sunday best: The little things

People say that it’s the little things that bring the most joy and on a day like this, I have to agree. The day was a pretty simple one; nothing out of the ordinary, just full of random little things that made me happy – an impromptu complimentary pampering session; fighting with my sister whilst packing her suitcase so SHE could travel; meeting a new friend for drinks; sitting cross-legged on the ground at the Civic Center flanked by some palms, with the breeze from the lagoon blowing across my face.
