This is one of those dresses that has been sitting in my wardrobe for over 18 months, having only been worn once. And yet, when I wore it today to church, I wondered why. Seriously, why? I love the length, the colour, the flounce of the skirt – love it all. I think I just always felt I didn’t have anywhere to wear it to. More and more, I am beginning to subscribe to the theory that you have to create opportunities to wear your clothes, otherwise it is just money spent in vain. It’s a very simple dress, yet at the same time, it definitely makes a statement. I particularly love the freedom and variety of accessories that can be used with the dress.
